Court Reserve Registration Instructions:

All players wishing to play at Pickle Pro Courts Must Download the Court Reserve App, Search Pickle Pro Courts, Fill out the online application form, sign the waiver, insert credit card information.

Then you will be able to reserve a court and sign up for open play, King of the Court, etc.

1.     Download CourtReserve Mobile App:

2.     Click on Join Organization

3.     Search Organization: Search: Pickle Pro Courts

4.     Click on Sign Up

5.     Fill out all requested information

6.     Pick  A Membership Level: 

a.      Annual: $720 ($60/month)

b.       Monthly: $75/month

c.       Pay As You Go: $15 per person

7.     If you are new to pickleball, click on 2.5, otherwise put in your estimate rating:

a.       New: 2.5

b.       Playing for 4+ months 3.0

c.       Competitve 3.5 

d.       Etc.

8.    Click “Please check to agree to the above site terms of use.

9.    Click on Create Account

10.  Click to Sign Waiver

11.  Scribble your Signature

12.  Click Continue

13.  Click Save Signature

• Welcome all new members!  There are now more pickleball players than golfers.  Pickleball is easy to learn, social, fun and great exercise without the stress on your body of other paddle or racket sports.   
• All Players and guests must have an account on the Courtreserve app with Pickle Pro Courts.  Sign Up instructions are above. 
• If you reserve a court, you can pick how many players and add them.  You will only be able to add players that are already in the system.  All players must have an account first before they can be added to a reservation.  Once a court is reserved, a pin code will be emailed to you to enter the facility.  Do not let anyone else in the doors with you.  Everyone who is supposed to be there will have their own pin code.  Please keep the place safe for everyone. 
• If you sign up for Open Play or King of the Courts, you will have to go under Events on your app to see the pin code.  Courtreserve is working on emailing pin codes for events, but apparently that has not happened yet.
• Pin Pad for entry is located to the right of the entry doors.  Must hit # sign after the 4-digit code.
• Please change into court shoes upon entry.  No street shoes on the courts.
• Follow signs to the light switches.  They are located across from court 3 in the seating area.  Just push the light switch once for your court and it will stay on for 2 hours and 15 minutes.  The lights will blink 2 minutes before they will go out.  Just go over and gently push the button once and what a second, they will go off then push again and they will stay on for another 2 hours, 15 minutes.
• Bathrooms are located across from court 4.

• Pricing:  Annual $720 (works out to $60/month), Monthly: $75/month, Pay-As-You-Go $15*
  • Competitors are charging up to $300/month.
  • Annual members can sign up 10 days in advance, Monthly members can sign up for courts 7 days in advance and Pay-As-You-Go Members can sign up for courts 4 days in advance.
  • * Annual, Monthly and Winter Memberships allow 1 reservation per day (7 per week)

• CANCELATION POLICY:  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.  YOU MUST CANCEL A COURT AT LEAST 8 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND YOUR PICKLE PRO COURTS ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAY.  Please cancel your reservation if you cannot show up.  If you are a monthly or annual member you will be charged $15.00+ tax if you are a no show.  It is courteous to others to open up the slots and no shows mess up events.

  • If you don’t like rain, wind, cold, or have to stay out of the sun, or like organized play, etc.  You will want to get an annual membership at Pickle Pro Courts.
